Made of thick mild steel reinforced with iron angles. Heating chamber consisting of rectangular horizontal shape totally enclosed muffle baked at 1000oC.

Heating elements made of Kanthal wire special high temperature alloy are used for uniform heating.

All furnaces are equipped with a Pyrometer of 1200oC range with mounting bracket. Furnace can be operated continuously upto 900oC and maximum 950oC. Temperature is controlled by Sunvic Simmerstal Energy Regulator fitted in front of furnace with two indicating lights. Front panel at lower portion of furnace is fitted with neon lights which glows while furnace is 'ON'. Supplied with fuse, two meter long main lead. Operates on 220 Volts A.C. 50Hz.
